For the purchase portion Allison provided all the relevant information including pulling any permits or applications on the home. We felt we made a well informed decision when we bought our home. For our sale, she gave us all the tips to stage the home and did an amazing job walking us through the offer process. During the actual move and possession, Allison was there ensuring things were going well and even took care of any issues the buyer or we had. Allison was AMAZING to work with! We used Allison to both buy our new home and sell our old one. With Allison’s expert guidance and understanding of the market, we were able to sell our family home quickly and for top dollar in a very difficult market. We were downsizing, and the market for smaller properties was quite competitive, but again, with Allison’s expert understanding of competitive market situations, we made the best offer of the five bids on our new home, and don’t feel like we over paid for the property. That’s a tough balance! Buying and selling can be stressful, but Allison was exceptional at making the process as painless as possible.
