ALLISON DUCLUZEAU
Real Estate is part of Allison's DNA, as is this beautiful city. She's lived most of her life in Victoria and has extensive knowledge of the region & Southern Vancouver Island. With more than 25 years in the Real Estate industry, working with individuals, private organizations and government, Allison has extensive experience in negotiating purchases, sales, and leases of commercial and residential properties. Her background also includes managing acquisitions, financing, construction, maintenance, renovations and disposal of corporate real estate portfolios.
Allison has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Victoria and is licensed for both Real Estate & Property Management. Clients will tell you Allison is a great listener, meticulous when it comes to the details and her polite but strong negotiating style will put you in a favourable position to achieve your real estate goals.
In 2008, Allison received the Top New Realtor® Sales award with Pemberton Holmes Ltd. Since then, Allison has been consistently recognized by the Victoria Real Estate Board with MLS Awards in most every year since becoming a licensed agent.
